You can't go too far wrong with speed passion gear. 30 quid should get you a 17.5, and maybe budget another 60 quid for 2 decent sets of lipo cells with a 40 - 50c rating.
Things have moved on beyond imagination in the last few years. You will be blown away by the performance and low maintenance of modern electrics!
