Attention all paid up DMCC Members (2012)
An Extraordinary General Meeting will take place in the offices adjacent to the track
in the Naul at 12pm on Sunday March 4th (same day as Club Round 6).
Racing will commence as normal that morning and will be paused for approximately 30 minutes at 12pm to facilitate the meeting and a vote (anonymous ballet).
A formal agenda for the meeting has yet to be finalised but the only item to be discussed is whether the club remains in the Naul for the summer season or returns to Griffeen Valley in Lucan. A short talk on what the vote is about will be given followed by a short questions and answers session, through the chairman, both preceeding the vote.
Impartial data sheets on both venues will be available from 2 weeks before the meeting at the track. These sheets will not be posted online and will be available to members of the club only.
Proxy votes will be permitted through the club secretary only, but will not be anonymous -
