Lee is probably not online for a bit, so I'll reply on his behalf.... Set up from 2010 was not a million miles away from what he used in 2011. Changes that i recall are:-
Rear shocks in no2 position on tower, kyosho springs (as discussed elsewhere
), 400wt MR33 oil.... Tamiya yellow spring with coil cut would be fine if you dont have K spring.
Front shocks 450wt MR33 oil (might have dropped that down to 425 or 400 for finals as understeer from sand was an issue, but normally 450 ok)
Ride height 19-20mm all round
