only have to race an extended Shark ST anymore. With the new RC18B2/T2 platform coming out in both "Team" and "RTR" versions the "smaller" class is now as viable as the "bigger" class as was proven at UKMicroX.
The new Carisma is due out in the Autumn which then opens up the bigger class to more options than just the single chassis as it is at the moment also.
Before hand it was always a case of "just get a Pro Shark ST, plus all these extras, and a bit more" where as now the options available to new drivers are alot vaster! (Is that a word?)
The new RC18B2/T2 RTR is listed at £165 on the CML site with a 2.4Ghz transmittor and reciever!
The Team version comes in at £110 and won the UKMicroX so it cant be that shabby
There are options there to tempt one and all, it just needs a renewed push which is what this thread is about
