Heat shrink over them, that's what I used on my GeminiX. Got a Z now and they are ok.

Sometimes people put fuel tube on them, worth considering trying to relax their grip a bit a too.

I use the plastic covers that are used on new car fuel filters (big cars that is ) might be worth you asking your local garage for some as they are thrown away after fitting . They are usually made of a really soft plastic/rubber stops my little fingers hurting anyway.

neck strap takes away a lot of grip issues, I use one as Im suffering with loss of grip and various issues believed to be fibromyalgia
I found that a strap took the weight of the TX and as a result I wasnt gripping it with a death grip and cramping up or sweating like a whore in a church LOL

heat shrink didnt work too well, was too small to fit over it so cut it then it didn't shrink enough

Depending on how big the heat shrink is you could put some small pointed pliers in it and open them up to stretch it. Failing that keep an eye out at Aldi, they sometimes do boxes of heat shrink in lots of different sizes👍

Sugru.
One sachet should do all 4 tips. And you can shape it to match their fingers. I did it with the trigger on my last radio. |
