SHRCCC BRCA 4WD Regional Site and Race Information:

Track address is: Samuel Cody Sports College, Ballantyne Road, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 8SN.

Phone number on the day for late arrivals is 0781 6844 936. Please send a text rather than call including name, contact number, PT number and ETA

Due to the nature of the site, no access is allowed before 7.00am. The track is inside a locked compound. All pitting will be on the grassed area.

Please note - there is a hard standing track / path that is a fire access pathway. This MUST remain clear at all times. Anyone found pitting or parking on it will be told to move. No excuses.

The only people inside the compound have been notified (committee/helpers) so please do not ask!

Mains power is available but please use sparingly. If you have 12v / generator please use. Please charge in a lipo sack – there will be no warnings, as per other regionals, anyone caught not using a lipo sack will be asked to leave immediately.

Food:

There will be a food van onsite, please do support them, and we have an M&S 3 minutes away and a McDonalds 5 mins beyond that.

There are male and female toilets complete with showering facilities. So if you have a long journey to us they are ideal to take advantage of for an extra 20 mins in bed!

Schedule:

7.00am Compound opens by school, including locked gates for car park area. Track closed.
7:00am - 7:30am - SHRCCC lays out power cables, sets up etc. I.e. we do what we need to do to get the day running.
7.30am Booking in open
8.00am Track open for two Practice rounds in heat order, 3 min heats. If you are a lower grade driver, you'll be in an early heat! Please Marshall after your practice run - this will help you as well.
9.45 - drivers briefing
10.00am First heat on the line.

We have a lot of rounds and variety going on this Sunday - please be prompt, put your cars down to marshal on the table provided and marshal your number. There will be a referee and this will be explained on the day.

Awards

There will be trophies for the 1st 3 places in the A final, 1st in each other final and top junior.
