Default Wraps off the TRF 2WD

The wraps are finally off the new Tamiya TRF 2WD racing buggy that competed recently at the Yatabe international GP.

Details are scarce but the design isn't radically different from other 2WD competition buggies already in existance - though interestingly Tamiya didn't go with the current trend toward a mid-motor layout.

Check out the Tamiya TRF website for more details (Japanese):

I know you can't tell from a picture, but apart from the extra hole on the tower the front end geomentry looks identical to the B4

Yea its a b4. I preffer to look at it this way 8th Nitro grew into a huge class because loads of big manafactures started producing 8th buggy's tamiya AE losi etc now we have more and more company's producing 1/10th cars so should help the class as it did in 8th. Well done tamiya looks a good solid car might not be that ground breaking but its good.

Does it come with a legendary Tamiya "Warning - Hot motor" sticker, or a "Warning - moving parts" sticker anywhere?

Looks tidy. Love the Tamiya plugs "melt-down!".

Ought to do well, who's running this?

Who would put those Tamiya plugs on there, melted within a couple seconds when running that brushless set - up

Is it made around the nihms? or is it weighted for lipos?
