Broxtowe wednesday nights off road
Broxtowe Model Car Club held there first mid week off road meeting today on a multisurface track using the permanent tarmac track with astro laid down, jumps, and incorporating some grass. Despite having shite weather all day there was a very good turn out and the rain held off long enough to run practice and nearly 3 rounds of racing. Track was really good despite not being able to use all the available grass due to the wetness. Meetings will be on every wednesday from now so if your looking for some mid week racing then it is definatly worth the visit.

Blimey, I'm surprised the rain held off. Over our office in Mansfield its been pretty torential most of the time since lunch, so I didn't bother schlepping down for a look-see at the track. Soz.
