Speedo control repair
Anyone able or know anybody who can repair speedos?
Blown my absima speedo by stupidly in a rush connecting it up backwards....

Pm. Pugs on here......chances are though, if you reverse connected it, it will be beyond repair..

It's so annoying it takes a split second and then it's screwed..... Should be a fuse on these things

I know it is a bit late and with no recompense but arranging the lead lengths so that they cannot be plugged into the wrong battery port is the simplest solution and usually possible on most layouts, it also keeps the leads short as well.
Of course some esc's are self protected in the first place, may be worth the future proofing investment? One saving grace, we have ALL done it at some point, if we are honest and for those that haven't, well done or very lucky! |
