Default mardave f1 car (f12)

has any1 ever made a mardave f1 car?been tinkering with my v12 and put some f102 wings on it and cut the shell down to fit looks abit tatty but if its any good will forward it to kamtec to see if its something they would consider to produce be good to see these trapping round a track.also made some body posts for it this is a bodge together thing so not amazing.

here are a few pics so far basicly done just need to develope the shell and cut the chassis to th f1 shape.

also to fit the servo had to stand it on its side which ment cutting the tabs off and half the drivers pit out.

like i said about the shell it needs work as i just glued it together for now to try it(not yest tested)hopefully get to use it tomorrow down at tescos car park and post a vid if possible to get 1.

looks good and some hard work gone in to that would have been even better is if was 1/12th scale though.remember reading up on an f1 race in radio racer car and there were a few home made f1's similar to that using mardave parts and a few others that used pan car parts think thats what made me want to make a 12th scale f1 car using a mardave chassis.

One of my mates made a married up a F102 t-bar back end to the chassis on a V12 with obviously a V12 front end and he had a truck racing body that was just the right wheelbase and width for the chassis. It went really well, of course lots of additive on the back helped there
