Most companies have humans packing the parts into bags.. Unfortunately this will always incur some element of human error...
Unfortunately on forums you will mainly see negative comments, if everyone that had no problems posted it would be a different story, so I wouldn't be too hung up on it. The car is awesome, well worth the wait
