TLR 234007 Spindles or lack of!
A lot of high grip setups seem to flip the bell crank and run these spindles from the 22 2.0. Problem is I can’t find these in stock anywhere! Have I any other options to get the same setup?

These spindles were discontinued at the start of 2015 which is why your struggling to find any.

Thanks, seems a bit nuts that setups from team drivers are using something we can no longer buy! Feeling a bit disappointed in TLR, I am the only one running a 22 at my club and setup sheets use parts I can’t get! Are any of the kit Ackermann setting similar do you know?

Personally I didn't think there was a massive difference between the 234007 spindle and the no.3 ackermann setting from the kit when the bell cranks are flipped.

I tried the 22 2.0 spindles - took them off after less than 1 meeting. Car lacked lock and just didn’t feel that nice to drive. Definitely not required in my opinion and I race on eos carpet and on high grip Astro tracks

Thanks, I will try that. I am running normal rack and no2 setting and want to try and liven it up a bit

If you’re running the kit setting of 4mm axle trail, you could also try 3mm or even 2mm instead, this will make the initial turn-in a fair bit more aggressive! Worth a go, I generally run 3mm, or 2mm in the wet when I want as much steering as possible from the car

Yer you can’t get full lock properly and snap city if you have an off because you have to dremel bits off.
