Yokomo time warp.
This was the car I always wanted, but nearly 18 years ago it was always going to be a daydream as my pocket money wouldnt stretch that far !
All hail the 1989 Yokomo YZ-10 870C. Flip forward forward in time and a plan was hatched. Build myself a modern day replica. The MR-4BXF was despatched from Japan and was a joy to build, Telboy was briefed to come up with a modern version of the shell and I supplied him the picture, I think youl agree he did a stunning job. Im well chuffed with it. Bigger pic Bigger pic |

Wow! Even I'm stunned!
You never know how the shell is going to look actually on the car. and most of the time you never get to see it mounted. It looks the dogs. Thanks jonathan, I appreciate it. and it was a pleasure to paint. I do like doing the replica stuff every now and then. |

Thanks for all the nice comments.
A huge thanks again to Terry, Im glad you enjoyed doing it and you were pleased with how it turned out. To answer AndyM, it came from Champ RC Advisor in Japan. Bathy, never been to Bury but might try and make it to watch this weekend. |
