Well surprise, no show again for me 2moro, sister has decided to have a family bbq so thats that !

I do have the parts to fix my MR so this should be done soon enough. Big issues with my 8th EB4 though, 2nd engine has lost all compression/pinch & it's only 2-3 months old, original re-pinched engine has so much pinch that even with some heating it won't physically turn over on the pull start. If i heat it loads (blow torch for 6-7mins!) it'll turn over but the fuel evaporates as it hits the carb !

Did think about going electric 1:8th but it ain't cheap which ever way round you do it !

dan, sadly for the amount of racing you do you need a far better engine mate, best value for money imo is the losi nitrotec, great engine for under £200. yes you will need a starter box etc, those engines you are running at the min are for play, you run about every week club racing, need somthing made of better stuff, don't need to spend £££ but you do get what you pay for
My nitrotec has had about 3 gallons through it, still sweet as the day i ran it in, and it holds it's tune fantasticly well

PS whoever did the pinch on you engine has over done it, shouldn't be that tight!
