And a final one for a bit of fun and to introduce our new team mascot Dexter

It nearly took a bag of dog treats to get him to sit still long enough to take this shot

A Durango 408 shell for Dave Smith - New design for him but similar to some shells I've done in the past, mixed it up on the design a bit to differ a lil

And a Durango 410 shell for myself, first venture with Createx & Jon Millers Chrome and a fresh design to boot!!

Brought up on Pactra & used for 20+ years but realllly impressed with the water based gear, and the pearls & flouros do pop!

How did you find the water based to use though, colours are lovely but it doesn't spray as nice as the thinners based stuff. Those are some real thin edge highlights / shading you've got on the Xray 808 shell for Dave Grunill, do you think you could do it as neat with the waterbased stuff ?

Early days yet fella but first impressions on the WB are good yep the pactra does flow out the brush better for the more intricate shading, been doing quite a lot of sprayouts with the createx & getting the consistency there & there abouts now

Couple more out the booth last week, firstly a Tamiya Mini shell for Keith Bellamy. Bit of a departure from what I usually do, and although it looks quite basic theres plenty of detail with the chrome, took my time to get it right & really enjoyed doing this one

After using oOple to show my work for the past few years, I've finally got a website up

Link is as follows - www.number5designs.co.uk

I've got the galleries up & running, still plenty of fine tuning so any feedback would be appreciated

Hope you guys like it!

Mike P.
