hence why the zx-rr had longer rear shocks they helped the back end to stay inline when it got bumpy.

Ive just found my zxr hyperclutch spares (all items except the layshaft) and found the thrust race. Its a perfect match and fits perfectly. Ive put the thrust race against the B4 slipper plate, spring next and then the nut. Ive set it so holding the rear left wheel and turn the right wheel whilst holding the spur.

The perfect setting for high traction is that there is fractional slip and you feel the diff is finding it hard to turn under pressure and the spur is getting taughter and grip on the pads so any tighter and its too tight.

Test will be next friday.

Guys,

I regret to inform all of you that I would not be making a sealed Gear Diff for the lazer. Sorry.....

But I will start designing a sealed Ball Diff that can be fine tuned with different weights of silicone oil.

Can't tell you the exact price right now, as the quote I got was only valid for 30 days. I will need to ask them to requote.

and Yes, I will need 2 more people.
Do you have any further news on these now that you have the quota of 10?

Well ive ordered the new design gearbox and hopefully this is the finished version. Im having a section on either side milled out by 1mm to account for the wishbones. Also im getting the rear pivot block done in CF as well so when fitted I will have CF very front and very rear pivot blocks. Im still unable to do the two on the chassis.

Ive also fitted and set my slipper with a thrust race so looking forward to using this Friday.

Do they come blue and are they for regular NiCad batteries or Lipos? Also when will you have news on the carbon OT-63 bumpers?

Now that the easy part is almost done (redesigning the car). The only difficult part is to have welshy win some races at official events to make this car even more popular.

They do come in blue.

I believe if you position them correctly, it can be for both NiCad and Lipo.

and sorry, I havn't have time to talk to my supplier for the bumpers.

How expensive is anodising. I can't find anyone that does it here so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with getting a few parts anodised
