I guess I was wrong! Whats the verdict on the pargu ones? I recently got some unknown aluminium ones which look OK but the one behind the front gearbox is bent on one side and not sure if I can save it. The one behind the rear gearbox looks like it might place the shaft closer to the chassis than the standard ones

Pics please of your pivot blocks.

My pivot blocks in cf at the very front and very rear are sorted, now currently redesigning the one behind the motor and once done the one behind the front gearbox. I broke that one last night and snapped a cf wishbone. Still test was good and car is getting faster and faster. I reckon once ive got the setup right and im not far off then watch out.

There is a pic of them attached in the last email I sent you
The ones behind the front gearbox and infront of the rear gearbox are just a square block with the correct holes on them, I am pretty sure they are identical to the ones on the Lazer tub build up that was on RC10-Talk a little while ago

Ok so these are the parts I need if anyone can help, I would prefer them new but would consider near new used parts especially for the rarer items

39655 blue steering parts
two of the short suspension shafts(I have a complete set missing two short ones)
UMW-1
LA-23
LA-31 (though I only need the rear shock tower mount from this parts set)
LA-32
Bearings for la-112 belt tensioners (3x6 I believe)
3x6 flanged bearing for the steering plate (I think this is the correct size?)

Looking at them I think they might just be Lazer ZX5 FS blocks (unless Oosh has machined his own), the inserts for adjusting toe are definitely from the FS/FS2.

Is the white front gear case on this Lazer a custom part or something that was available back in the day?

Just wanted to share.. Almost homemade front shock towers - waterjet cut, holes drilled on a drill press. Not very pro, but it'll allow me to use the car a little bit.

Also, odd detail: the version of the shock tower that came in the kit is slightly thicker and made from a different material than this "LA-06B" replacement:

What screw type is best for fastening plastic gearbox cases to a chassis and shock towers toolastic parts. Self tappers as per the original kit or regular metric thread as per what screws into metal parts. I can't find any hex head self tappers.
