Just sounds like its getting overloaded, and chucking people off to be honest. Only way really is to do as Southwell suggested, and set up some managed access points around the site to keep the wireless coverage up. Those routers are only supposed to support around 4-6 machines/laptops!!!!

We were connecting to the BRCA network. I'm not sure, but it looked to me like connection to the network was fine, but the software was loosing it's link.
But then maybe that's just because I wasn't watching that closely and the network connection was restoring itself before I'd spot it had happened?!?!
