To be honest, its all part of this bloody nanny state. To many 'do gooders' if you ask me.
Yeah your 16, but your still a kid at heart and kids mess around. Ok at this age your expected to start showing some sort of responsability, but I don't know any 16 year old that is responsable.  The ban is a joke. No doubt the people that banned you used to wonder round the streets and fields messing around with air-rifles. i know i used to..........get shot at by people carrying them in the woods.!   Next the gov. will say its illegal to actually have fun, because it may offend some old lady as you walk past her in the street, thus giving her reason enought to sue you for millions because you happened to laugh in her presence. This country is falling appart. I blame the yanks for all this 'blame and claim' crap! |

come on lads
he (josh smaxx) was shootin bb gun in the pit area where there is 4 children age between 6 to 13 year old plus 20 adults or more but josh have shot 2 people which they complained as i was there at the time . At the time my son 6 year old was around but if my 6 year old boy walk into line of bb into his eyes this is serious situation! which i told josh twice that it not allow but he still doing it as i am not a committee of trcc as i myself a member of trcc which i felt ban him is fair ! accident can happen in serious way ! At the end of the night there was more than 8 bb balls was fired into pit area and couple more in the racing track this is unacceptable ! but again josh stand up for him self and admitted his stupid. well done |

I dont think anybody has condoned what josh has done but i have seen it happen myself at events and nothing done about it. I remember one time one fella was shot in the nuts at point blank range whilst stood on the rostrum
It is dangerous yes but i really dont think josh would have fired it anywhere near children or towards someones eyes. I still think it is an overreaction. |

Now i wonder who you're talking about there  I got banned from my local club for a week, along with Doddy, cos we had a wine gum fight whilst we were marshalling. Bans like that are more than enough to do the trick. |

I stand by my original comment too. I severe telling off would of sufficed, maybe even a temp club ban. But one year ! ? Come on !
