Yeah but then the blue nuts won't match so he'll have to change them... then the body shell will need upgrading to match the red nuts and he'll have to have a completely new F1 inspried Red Bull scheme. Then a new tranmitter skin...

Nitro was just such a big hassle for me.
My engine has been having problems since the day i bought it.
Then my starterbox, receiver packs etc...
Then the cost of fuel every 2 months..

Were as with electric you stick with your battery's no fuel, hassle free driving.

Thanks

Its no doubt that nitro is a bit more hassle than electric but not that much I would say. I race both so I know.

When I started off doing nitro I had a lot of hassle but my attitude was ' I will not let it defeat me'.

I read up the ins and outs on nitro engines and spoke and took advice from experts. You then realise that when they say in the instruction manual of the engine that this is not a toy they really mean it. Now its a doddle.

One thing is for sure though - Nitro is more fun.

You're going through stuff for this like water Nasir. You've not even raced it properly yet but you're already upgrading the motor and ESC and now new batteries... How bad was the other stuff ?

Well think is I've been doing a LOT of research and been speaking to some team drivers, and they all said Tekin is better for racing.
At low speed Tekin does not cogg.
MMM does cog a lot at low speed

As christmas was coming up thought I would ask my parents for one. They said yes

As for batterys,I want some really good batterys to go with the really good system and good car.

Thanks

Fair enough I guess... Although if you've been doing as much research as you say you have I'm surprised you didn't just get it on the first go ?

Anyway, have fun with it. I'll see you at Slough next year.
