DMCC AGM

Hi all,

This years annual general meeting and prize giving will be on October 22nd (Saturday). The venue is expected to be Taney Hall in Dundrum, but this and the time of the meeting will be confirmed.


So, what happens at the AGM?

1. Prizes for the indoor and outdoor championships are awarded
2. The current committee stands down and a new one is elected - some/all of the committee members may be retained from this year.
3. The meeting has a set agenda that will be published before the meeting - if you would like an issue discussed, you should forward the details to Vicky straight away.
4. The Chairman and the Treasurer give an account of the year
5. The year ahead is discussed.

Some of the issues that may be discussed are as follows;
Moving the club from Lucan to Stepaside
Working with Dublin City Council
Clubman and modifies class rules
Development of onroad classes (minis/touring cars)
The continued use of Taney Hall
Xmas GP and Indoor National Series
Championships for 2011/2012
