with the big bores the car feels more planted it is much better on the big jumps and stays flatter on the ripples they are direct fit and as an added bonus the shock shafts are the same as the trf shocks and they look the nuts.

and also the rear shocks use shorter springs so no more cutting coils off to get ride height.

Here are mine. No flashy paintjobs, just simple sort of old school I guess.
I really love the way the 201 handles. Also love the Tamiya Zahhak body: more realistic and aggressive than the stock body.
Have not tested the 511 yet, but can't wait for the new outdoor season.
For fun I also attached pics of my classic Tamiya's: THE (restored) Sand Scorcher and Wild One (still in great condition)
