UnFortunately that's a new release buggy this year.
Electrics will be open to keep things simple. For example I'm using 13.5bl boosted in an 1990 rc10, plenty fast enough.

I've got a silver-can in my Brat, though it will be running LIPO.
With the Vintage class, Re-releases are fine so long as they are same (or very similar) to the originals. Eg Re-re Frog/Hornet/Grasshopper = fine, Re-re Holiday buggy = not allowed as they are on a post-2000 chassis
