I've just looked on the brca website, and to be honest it's guff. I can't find anything useful on there. I'll get my own info sheet posted up over the weekend.

Not really mate, I was going to just contact the brca nearer the event and ask how many entries there are for each day, most people bring a gazebo now, I'll just make sure a big enough area of grass is cut to accommodate everyone.

I found this info thanks to one of the replies.

BOUGHTON RACEWAY.
VENUE INFORMATION DETAILS
ARRIVAL
Access to the site will be allowed from 13:00 onwards on the Friday. The site is also used by two light aircraft, so please follow the signs when driving on and off the site. There is plenty of space for camping, please use the space wisely and consider others.
LOCATION
Driving Directions
The track is sited just off of the A134 Stoke Ferry bypass. It is visible from the bypass when you pass Stoke Ferry Village. Turn off the A134 into Stoke Road, sign posted Boughton. Follow Stoke Road for approx 0.5 miles, the entry to the track is on the right hand side, just in front of the cast Boughton village signs. Red BRCA signs will be out on the A134 and at the field entrance.

Generators are allowed, but we require that they are not used before 07:00 and turned off no later than 10:45. Do not place your generator where it might be a nuisance to others and please remember to store fuel safely in a suitable container.
THE TRACK
The track is 100% Astroturf with various features. The BRCA committee have nominated the chosen tyres to be :- Schumacher MiniSpike and Ballistic Buggy Spike. In the dry, Schumacher Yellow Mini Spikes work and when the track is wet/damp Ballistic Buggy Green Mini Spike works.
DOGS
Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times and you MUST tidy up after your dog.

Great weekend and good facilities. For next time though you may want to give directions from the north as well as the south, and we never found the Chinese in Stoke ferry!
