Default Correct/Safe Storgae of Lipo's

Can someone just let me know the right and safe way to store lipo's please. I had a race session Friday eve and when finished I put a 10min charge/balance back into both batteries - is this correct/sufficient to keep like this if I was not to use them for say a couple of weeks?

Also safe storage - do they need to go into a lipo back here at home or does it not matter, if so 2 batteries in one bag ok?

thanks guys

Most decent chargers have a "storage" facility....this discharges the batteries to around 3.8v per cell.....this is considered to be the best voltage for storage..
Then keep them in a lipo safe bag and preferably in a metal box....just in case.!
