Default rc8b advise needed

im getting an rc8b this weekend, is ther any bits people can reccomend to change/upgrade. i gnow about the GHEA shock pistons just need to sorce them. any other advise would be helpful

Not immediately. The whole point of the RC8B was to address the short comings of the RC8, which were mainly strength issues around the bulkheads.

Give it a run first, before you decide on any upgrades. If you simply must have some spares go for the normal: Shock rod-ends, suspension arms, c-hubs and rear knuckles, and if you must, the steering bellcranks.

Rear hub carriers are worth changing to alloy. Its also worth getting the Ghea outer hinge pins as they bolt up more securely than the kit ones and less play develops than stock.

Rymart racing for the Ghea stuff BTW

Watch your caster block/ hub screws don't come loose too. Threadlock city!
