X5 Slipper
I have just taken apart part of my second hand X5 and I have noticed that it is missing the right side bearing spacer ( with the shoulder ) from the slipper shaft.
At the moment there are just two bearings ( which seem to be doing the trick ) I`ve had a quick look at the X Factory price list and it does`nt like like they are sold seperately, does anyone know what part number it is if it is sold in a package ? Cheers Brett |

I believe these are the same as what's used in the X-5 slipper.
(I'm not too up on Losi parts) http://www.losi.com/Products/Feature...rodId=LOSA9942 Before I've replaced that bearing spacer on my X-5 with shims, to make the layshaft as free running as possible & allows slight movement so that belt runs in the centre of the pulley gear. MiCk B. :-)

Don't think anyone has ever needed the "hat" spacer before. It comes with the slipper shaft.
If you don't need an entire shaft, only the spacer, E-mail chazz@4wdrc.com and we'll sell you just the spacer for $3.50 + shipping. Shipping will only be about $1.00, because we'll just send an air mail letter instead of a package. Or, you might need something else too and we'll include the spacer with no extra charge for shipping. |
