Yes its a rc10b2 was only produced for about a year or so then the b3 came out.
Parts for the b2 are few and far between but the parts for the b3 fit straight on it Mick |

ah right cool so it is a b2. so are these pretty rare then with only being made for a year? or where millions knocked out??
i really fancy getting back into 1/10 off road but i always used to race 4wd and had a couple of kyosho lazers. |

I've never seen the b2 before, but is it me p or dose thefront wheel base seem allot wider than the rear its definitely larger than the b3.....
Hang on its it me or dose the stance and width between the wheel dem the same e as the b4. Could the b4 be a remarked b2 with different shocktowers? |

I know the front wishbones and front shock tower are different to the b3.
As for being rare i'm not sure.... Got a newly built one with box new uncut shell and decals and was told its worth about the same price as a used b4 Mick |

The differences between the the B2 & later B3 were subtle - the B2 was released in the early 90s (94ish I think) but quickly replaced with the B3 which had a host of small changes which basically increased durabilty/strength of parts & gave greater adjustment. There was even a conversion kit to convert your B2 into a B3.....
The obvious difference for me which instantly stands out is the front shock tower - the B2 having only two top position for the shocks Vs the B3's three holes... As to whether your car is worth anything.. the B2 is certainly a rarer beast & hence more desirable to the hardcore Associated collector over a B3 but the 'B' series cars don't seem to have the same following as the earlier ali tubbed RC10s & hence never seem to fetch as much, that said a bidding battle on ebay might realise a decent price for your old car |

P.S; a B4 was an almost completely new design altogether - apart from a few gearbox internals & the shocks.
Hope that helps - Dan |

This ones easy.
B2 front and rear wishbones are shorter than the B3. B3 is a wider car. Personally I and several other drivers preferred the rear to be standard B2 with the narrower end and the front end with the B3 wishbones and B2 hubs (a better strudier design). Great car and still easier to drive than a B4. If your at area51 this weekend pop over as im racing mine.
