Sorry for the late reply , centerdiff not tried yet.
I'm absolutely not sure if it will be efficient.
The idea is to put 1M in, or 5m, or some dtm "special paste".

Question Centre brace/tie rod

I have a question, i am thinking of trying something similar on my DB1. Take the top carbon plate of and use a tie rod. If i do so i am thinking the car will generate more grip, as chassis can flex. Is my thinking right?

Your layout is not to dis similar to my car. Any pointers you can give is appreciated

I would guess it won't work as good as with a stiffer aluminium chassis.

I do run a turnbuckle as a top plate on my Kyosho car (also Redworkshop) but the aluminium chassis is really thick and don't flex as much as DB1/DB2 chassis, we don't run a front top plate either.
Running a turnbuckle like that on a flexible carbon chassis, not so much, but you could try but you may have a risk to tweak/break the chassis.
