My car minus speedo/rx, you have a bit of room to play with.

Very sweet car!

How does it run compared to a standard B4?

Can't believe that was machined by hand - simply amazing! How long does the machining take per chassis?

To be honest I found the car great on high traction surfaces, it jumps well and I found it nice and easy to drive, we havent done alot of testing with the car so have just been using B4 set ups on it so far.

We have only ran the car the the Petit RC (carpet), Eden Park (Astro), Will Johnson ran it at Worksop and Spud 31 ran it at Stofold so its early days!

When I get some chassis made up it would be good to get some set up work done on different surfaces etc.

Hey Aran, You would be hard pushed to fit a stick pack in it!

It was designed around saddle packs. There is just enough room for the electrics let alone a stick pack battery!

yeah i thought that, what might be an idea then is to have a low profile servo but mount it up right, there might be a shell issue but there could a more forward cab shell.

im planning on trying to get all the weight in the centre on my standard b4 chassis, just waiting to get a low profile servo. saw a guy do it to a ansmann mad rat. see how it goes

thanks

My proto chassis is being drawn in CAD at the moment, this should be done next week and then I can e-mail this drawing out to get some prices for machining some chassis.

As for the shell it will be the same as what's in the pictures!

I'll PM all the interested people once I have a price worked out, it will be a limited run if cars, 10-15 max. It's going to be an exlusive club owning one!!!

Hi Guys, sorry I have not updated this post in a while, been busy with other things!

No news on the car really, my Cad guy is taking ages and the kick up on the chassis will cost alot to machine etc so it seems like this project will be shelved I'm afraid!

Thanks for all the interest in the car!
