BRCA membership
Hi,
I do not know if anyone on here can help but I applied for my brca renewal on the 30th of December. And I have still not received my cars. I have contacted Dave waters on the brca contact page. I've left numerous emails and voicemails on his mobile but yet no reply. I have double checked my payment to the brca and everything went through on the 30th December. Has anyone else had this issue, or any other contact details for them. I am disappointed with their service as they took there time last yr too. So far this has worked right first time for over 5000 people in a month. I suggest you drop a line to chairman@brca.org asking Chris to give Dave a prod on your behalf. They'll want to fix it, so keep cool and let Chris have a go for you. HTH

Yes I need to contact them too. Paid for myself and my son but only received my card.

Heard from a few who have payed and not received and in the time they payed I renewed mine and received new card and done someone else's for them and received card in a matter of days (2 or 3 days), it's a bit odd.

Well just to provide some positive feedback, I paid to renew my membership about a week ago, a few days later the card showed up no problems.

I must have been one of the lucky ones as i paid and received card .
I would contact Chris the chairman and see if he can help sort this mess out as Dave the membership chairman does work full time like we all and can get behind with things I sure if you send CHRIS he will do his upmost to try and sort it out for you all

Thanks Slow One for the email address. Sent an email yesterday and got a reply back in hours off Chris (wasn't expecting a reply with it being Sunday) apparently I've paid for mine twice so good news is my lad's card is en route

You're welcome. Glad to see no one went off the deep end on this - as a BRCA Official it is the classic nightmare of trying to help when the person on the other end is just into a rant!
With sensible people like you guys, I am sure that it will all get sorted. Come back on here if it's not working and I'll try to help, but with Chris on the case I suspect that won't be necessary. |
