It's always nice to hear that new people are interested in racing at the club. However at present Norfolk Buggy Club only caters for 1/10 Electric off road.

There is a map and directions and contact details on www.norfolkbuggyclub.co.uk

Hi

2 years ago you would have been in luck as NBC was an 8th club. I think some of the lads who used to race 8th now run at a club near lowstoft (spelling) in sufolk. I have there web site address somewere I will have a look

Hi,

Been looking for a club in Norfolk myself, not new to RC, just had a 20 year layoff

Just got a tamiya TT01 at the moment (xmas pressie) but thinking of buying a race buggy either a 1:8 IC ot 1:10th electric.

Should have kept my optima mid custom special after all.

Is the track still open at rackheath? it's about 5 minutes from my house

Yes the track at Rackheath is open . We haven't been up there much, a bit bleak this time of year and it is 1/10 electric buggy. Keep your eyes peeled on this thread as to when we are up there next. Feel free to pop and see us.

Not quite sure what a TT01 is up to but Kellers run a Sunday night meet for Touring cars mainly, at Trowse YMCA although we've been taking Buggys along for the last few weeks for some indoor racing too.

Tamiya TT01 touring car.

I'll keep an eye on the thread, and pop up to rackheath when it warms up a bit!

I'd read you might be moving from there...

Keep an eye out for dates for the off road meetings. Like Albertini has said we have also been racing indoors in co-operation with Kellers Model car Club, it is a touring car club so you could race your TT01 there, but they are also running one or two heats of buggies now to. They race indoors on Sunday evenings, think it's the first three Sundays of every month. Best bet is to check with the Shop which is Model Marque near to the Castle Mall in Norwich.
