Default stagger rib wheel diameter

Guys have been running my staggers on the schuy slim wheel designed for them, but noticed that the tyre is very baggy with a large air gap when mounted on these.
Looking through pics noticed TC runs his on a B4 front wheel cut down, after comparing these the B4 wheel is a bigger diameter so the tyre has less air gap and tread deflects less.
This must make a handling difference due to the tyre moving less.
Anyone else found this as now unsure what to try lol.

Stagger Ribs are so old that they are from the 2.1" era.
Schumacher slim wheels are 2.1" all others are 2.2"

I know a racer who mounts their cut staggereds on a 2WD revlite wheel but with a 4WD insert so that they are bulked out.
