Have a club member at TRCC in need of MMPR for the 4c / G2 combo. Been a while since I ran this so can't help him.

50mm/rev will be good for Teesside. So that's 50/16 on 51mm tyres.

Last Saturday I started with the following:

(3.142*51*15)/48= 50.07mm / rev. And it was a miles away very slow.

By the end of the night I was @

(3.142*51*18)/48= 60.09mm / rev. This was still not close to the 13.5's but it was starting to get there.

I think Martin is close to this figure also.
