why are the cells so wide apart, and that is so gonna be touch and go if it makes the day out lol....

ash, i reckon you need some propper plasic or carbon fibre. that acrylic shcool and college buy is crappy, one tumble and it will shatter, i made a b4 wing out of it and it shattered. looks good though, id have use some of that transparent blue tint acrylic, made it pimpin'.
also what you studying at college ash?

You need some 6mm lexan or carbon, that would be better.

3mm or 4mm would be fine, but propper plastic would be better so it bends a bit

My Mini-t buggy chassis is carved up from a old B3 chassis

Now thats recycling
And look, theres the cells you have in your car now! Even more recycling

trust me thsi aint going to break i was doing some jumping the other day to see how well it jumped and i over cooked it a bit and it took off hit the floor then kartwheeled into my house and it snapped a rear shock tower the acrulics wasnt even scratched! And even if i do im hoping to have 2 or 3 sparse chassis with me just incase.

are the shock towes the same then? i pressumed youd changed them and i didnt think a standard shell would fit.

Yea there std shock towers but if you mean how did i get the body to fit like theother guys have its because its not the same shell ive made thsi shell and got it vac formed.

1.8mm seems fine with my losi xxx cr lay out as the battery supports and strengthens it. we'll find out sunday :P
