Anyone tried this center gear slipper?
Has anyone tried this center gear with slipper from HSP?

There is also this option for 1/8th buggies/truggies:

The link doesn't work, but I assume you're referring to the slipperential (there's a threat about that on here somewhere).
This one does not look like it incorporates a diff, just slipper. But that might be enough for me since I may go 2WD: like the 'cheater' cars popular in 1/10. The slipper function sounds good to me since it would protect my light moter? edit: at a much lower cost than the slipperential |

You're right, I was referring to the Slipperential, I don't know why the link doesnt work because it did earlier.
A slipper will protect your motor and drivetrain. What car do you want to fit this to, and what electrics are you running? |

I do like the parts and was thinking of tunring this into a 1/10th stadium truck. So I'll probably won't go as far as buying a specific motor and ESC. Maybe I'll try a 780 KV outrunner on 14.4V later on: old ni-mh packs still hanging around. |
