Just a quick question regarding the weather and the event. Forecast is looking pretty grim for Saturday unfortunately and don't really fancy running the risk of water damaging any electrics. If I decide not to make the journey down to you guys based on the weather and cancel either the night before or first thing in the morning, would it be possible to change my entry for the Sunday instead and run 4 wheel? Or would I just be removed from the entry list and loose my entry fee as I've prepaid?

I really don't mind a few rain showers here and there, but persistent heavy rain all day isn't fun .

I have everything crossed however that the forecasters are wrong as I've been looking forward to this event for months!

Alex

Sorry to hear this Matt, considering the effort and time you and your team have put in you must completely gutted.

Meeting at Norfolk near you isn't there?

Would suggest coming to Surrey and Hants on sunday but that's a bit too far lol

For anyone who has planned tomorrow, Silverstone RCMCC are now running an indoor Astro meeting to keep the keen finger twitchers happy. This is only taking place due to the above meeting having to be cancelled!!.

For more details look in Silverstone thread.

Matt is on holiday with the family all this week so access to internet/emails is limited at best.

I did send my original request some time ago and understand how busy and hectic things can be! Will send a reminder this weekend.

Just hope I can also make the rearranged date should it be resheduled!
