Yes the Tamiya 'Indifferent Sparrow' is going well, just finishing up the painting at the moment. Looks AWESOME. I am really going to enjoy this one.

Scrutineering, what scrutineering? , I think in the past we have allowed everyone to run on trust, I dare say 99.9% of people would honour this, and considering the hectic schedule on the day why impose another headache?

John.

I like trust, just don't ask me why the windows are blacked out on the X6 bodyshell

I'm predicting i'll make the top 10, in which final i'm not sure, but definatley top 10. Really looking forward to it now, don't worry Dan, just remember it's all just a bit of fun ?

I reckon Northy has a point about the track, it would be nice to have something drivable and not an obstacle course. I'll be over Sat to help all being well, so i'll hide the crazy jumps if I get chance

Yea last years really was more like an obstacle course than a race track - still fun but some found it VERY hard - vicky was all over the shop.

lol, I don't need an obstacle course to drive like a nutter, give me a flat track and I can do that

I thought it was good last year except that stupid 90deg drop off over by race control. Hopefully we can use the two curved ramps to form a jump with downslope, maybe not next the the straight though this time

Rich Lowe can you make it on sat? As you are very good with the jumps!

I thought the matt section (zig zig) was far too hard and not really raceable since you were just trying to hold on (I was) and vicky fell off it every lap just about.

only issue i had with last years track was the matt section over to the right, dunno if thats the one your describing, but i hated it.. t'was EVIL

It'd of been better if the drop downs were less severe.

thats the one. Had to hold on and hope you made it through - you didn't actually have much control over your car, so if you were near another car it was pot luck whether you'd end up on top of it or not. !

No the mats were in the middle and I thought they were fine, surely if you slow down they are farily easy to drive through, they are quite wide afterall???
