Default set-up facts and tips

can you all post setup facts and tips in here. i always have trouble figuring out wot i need to do to make my car run and feel right so if you can all post things that can help. like wot taking out shims and long an short wheel base does.

i dont want setup sheets i wanna know wot to do to set it up myself. i have a b4 and my b44 is arriving soon. but that makes no difference this shuff should be the smae for most cars

You want to read this setup guide, it goes into great detail but beware, if you are not able to take things in so well it may go stright over your head.

quick question, the term "turn in" does this refer to the steering action entering a corner or exiting it?

If its not i apologise and it is entering a corner although if you go round a corner like its a 50 pence piece it could be anywhere

lol, not i wind up, just checking what it meant

thought it may be the action of getting more exit steering compared to entry steering, if that makes sense
