Hi guys. Any recommendations of good shocks for a mini t?

Got some new 3racing shocks off the bay:

£16 delivered, took about 10 days to get here so not bad.

The quality compared to my old ones from end of line rc is amazing here's some piccys:

Thanks for the advice guys have bought the three racing shocks. much better quality.
Next question is there any advice on a ball park for oil weight/ springs to use, can you get any springs for these shocks other then the ones in the packet.
The car just seems a little soft with them out of the box, though I haven't had a chance to run on a proper track.
