Default Schumacher Storm ST

I'm surprised not to see a post about the new Schumacher stadium truck.
I had been waiting a long time for Schumacher to come out with one.
also, here's my Strom ST
I was able to try it on a fairly bumpy astro track and it was just fun.
I hope we'll see a lot of it on the tracks and in the races.

Thank you for posting. It appears there has been interest in a Stadium truck option for years.

Nice. Thank you for posting. Can you provide details (e.g. front arms and driveshafts used)? Also, can you upload higher resolution pictures?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, those are the best quality pics I can post on here for some reason...

Storm ST rear wishbones used all round with a slight mod to the fronts.
Full set of Storm driveshafts with modified hexs on the front.
Storm body shell on standard rear wing mounts and unknown (parts draw) body mounts.

Thanks for the interest!

Thank you for the additional details. How does it perform? Are you using an L1 (4mm belts) or L1 Evo (5mm belts) and how do the belts handle the larger tires?

Was thinking of doing that to one of my L1's. Cannot tell from the pictures but have you changed the shock towers and have you used the Storm shocks?

Has anyone converted a Laydown to a Storm ST and has a list of what parts are needed to convert?

You would with a guess need:
Front & rear wishbones
Front & rear shock towers
Body mounts
Rear shocks (laydown rears become ST fronts)
Shell
Wheels & tires
Driveshafts
Front stub axles
Turnbuckles
