can you try putting a front wing on too, only, try modifying a rear wing to do it, instead of a measly proper made front wing. Might keep it down on the floor better.

Chris, my Lupo definetly wouldn't keep up. LOL.

I think the next run will be on Wednesday, not sure where yet... on Wednesday's the road outside the club is packed with cars and it's a bit narrow really.

The 1/8th circuit foams should be able to hold at over 70mph, fingers crossed it'll be dry. I'll have my camera, so i'll have piccies of the latest TRCC track feature, as well as Adam's X-6.

I suggest a JConcepts front air dam. You could install it using two screws on each side instead of one and put spacers under the top pair of screws to tild the dam back and get less downforce/speed loss. We have 'em to sell; not on the site yet. Contact me if you can't find one locally.

Only mad dogs & Englishmen...

I think this maybe what your thinking of www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVdkKnSqRlY
The next speed championship is in July where competitors will have to do two runs to back up there speed rather than the one in 2006. The owner of this car actually ran a 2WD at a recorded 160mph but broke it before he could do a second run. They wanted a second run as they thought there was a fault with the radar, which is being replaced with proper timing equipment for this year.

You know we have a radar speed gun in work that never gets used, shall I try and bring it to the next regional as we never know what speeds we are doing on the straight.

program I have say's theoretical speed of 66mph for a X6/B4 transmisson using Nosram 6.5t on 21/78.

80mm about right for rear Schumacher tyres I think
