Thanks Chris

Also thanks to the guys who took the load of Steve, Julian and myself today

Enabled us to wrench the cars trackside for once.

So it's going to be a Durango gathering at this rate..... Who else is getting a Durango?? (I might have my spare 410R up for sale) If not give Simon a call at RCLazy

Will every one stop tempting me, my wallet can't take it!

Great day once again, good banter and no breakages to the Rat once more.

You know you want to

Nice Rango etc etc. Mix it with the other 1/8th boys and maybe a few of us other 1/10th boys bringing up the rear.

Another one to take up the SteveB challenge for 2011 - i.e. beat him...

Over 2010 I think he was beaten three times and is currently unbeaten in 2011 on the meeting overalls.

Links on main site are broken, http://www.torchracing.org.uk/result...tg59/heats.htm

Before tried 40-35 In shocks-great steering, but was a tad edgy and unsettled.

Last Meet setup-
Works well at both Torch-Could be tweaked more and Taplow-Car was on rails there.

Diffs:
10K F
5K R

Shocks:
35 F Ghea 2 Hole 1.2
30 R Ghea 3 Hole 1.4
20% Rebound

Middle on Tower
Outer on fr arm
Middle on Rr arm

STD Hubs
Middle on rear
Hole 3 Rear Roll C
Hole 2 Front Roll C

Rear:
-2/2 Toe In I think-Not 100%

Camber:
Front -1
Rear -1 (-2 If dry)

TD Skid Plate
Plastic Side guard +Brace
Long Wheelbase in hubs
Middle wheelbase on arms
Ride height 18 F 19 R

Um, bit of both tbh-Had x2 occasions when dumb thumbs came in resulting in popping off ball cups. So that didn't help and didn't get into much of a rhythm tbh and was got into a few tangles on the 1st lap. So by then steve was gone. And was just chasing him and battling with Dan. A good start is crucial, specially in 1/10th too.

I have a alu one Im going to put on it, as somehow stripped the plastic one-a few weeks back.. without even using the car WTF!. So ordered some Hudy one's for my Agama A8. So will replace the cheaper Alu one of that, and onto the rango.

The more the better, but I'm biased!

I might have to give my 'R a run this coming Sunday... 4wd seems to be where all the action is!
