Default Anything in the Carnforth/Morecambe area?

I've got a Losi Mini 8ight coming mainly as something to bash and originally I was going to buy a 2wd buggy for maybe doing some racing.
But I was just wondering if theirs any tracks that would accomodate the Mini 8ight within a reasonable distance of my area? (I'm in Carnforth)
I really like the idea of racing and the only place I know of only races touring cars, which I've considered getting into as it does interest me, but figured it was worth putting a post on here just in case theirs a place I haven't yet found via Google

South lakes model car club are running tomorrow. They are in Kendal. It's a grass track primarily running 1/10 buggys, however, there is an oddball class. They are a friendly bunch n kick off from around 8.30

Not actually received the buggy yet so tomorrow might be jumping the gun a little lol.
Is their a page on here for them, if so could you direct me to it please?
It sounds promising, my Nan lives in Burneside so if it's near then I can get a lift through anytime and the person giving me a lift can wait there.
Win-win.

Cheers bud, will have a look and see if I can find some prices and stuff.
Do you have to be a member, or can you just turn up?
