Same from me and the kids, thanks for a great day guys.
First time out for the kids in 2wd and they loved it, take them a little while to get used to it me thinks but ha they had a great time and thats what counts. Great to see 6 in the under 13s and a big well done to the young lad who won. Also thanks DC for letting the boy have the spare part at a bargin price it all helps mate trust me. Hope to see many off you at FORCC for the next round of the 4wd in 2 weeks Alan. |

Another fantastic SE regional courtesy of the EPR crew and all the racers.
Quote:
Driving 2WD is still an art and can be more difficult at first but once mastered, it can be a hugely rewarding style of racing with more finesse being required than for 4WD. It's also cheaper in terms of running costs etc but for me, popping a power wheelie off the line is great fun even if it doesn't help the cornering cause What's also interesting is that 2WD at EPR can be faster than 4WD - the only 15 lappers yesterday were 2WD. Looking forward to Fav on the 17th - assuming I survive the trek across the border next weekend |

awsome weekend. emma, viera and i all really enjoyed ourselves. track was absolutely flat out and didnt even give you a chance to blink let alone breath. to see so many juniors going for it on such a challenging track was good although (and im sure gnarly will agree) was challenging and fun to ref . thanks to all the parents who gave up there free time to bring them and the club for the tropheys etc. well done to John Barnes and Will johnson for the wins in under 13 and 16. both ones to watch in the future im sure. lets hope we can get them up to the juniours this year
