Hi - just picked uo one of the above and need to get it into blinky mode, but no matter what I do hooking it up to my laptop I can't seem to get that option.

Anyone able to help?

I've got the V3.1 equivalent which I run blinky in a Kamtec saloon, but grabbed this cheap as a spare, but unless I can get it into blinky it's of no use to me :-(

You need to load in the 508 no timing firmware, that's the specific blinky mode software.
