Craig,

I swapped from an SC10 about a year ago to the SC210. It took a while to get a set up I was happy with but really pleased I made the swap.

What surface are you planning on running it on?

Sorry about the late reply Paul !! To be honest it's more for a bit of fun with the occasional indoor carpet/sinny floor sort of tracks ...,,
Is there anything that needs changing straight away ?? I'm just getting a rtr 1 for starts
Cheers Craig

Craig,

The one thing thats worth thinking about getting is the alloy wheel hex's, for the front. I found that if you really tighten the wheel nuts after a while they don't run as free with the plastic ones.

I have had no interest in SC in the past, but this DESC210 might change my mind and look awesome, its nice model I really like it.This is a nicely designed and would seem a better fit....

when I run mine in RM on lowgrip tracks de desc210 tends do jump with the nose up and land on the back a little to much to be running comfortably and quick
Is anybody else having the same experience ?
any solutions ? I put allready 30gr in front, but still no good.
(in MM on highgrip tracks it grips and turns like the best, jumping much better also)

you could try to soften your front springs and stiffen the rear springs.

or

try MM4 with 4 degree toe in and zero anti squat and 20 grams of lead onder the motor

thanks for the tips
but my MM setup is running and jumping fine
it's when i'm running in RM that the car jumps rear down
on low grip lose sand surfaces i'm running RM but the jumping is really not working like that...
