trying (unsuccessfully) to renew my licence but can't log in

Website update: So.... Remember when windows 10 download came out and it worked for half of us and not the others? Yeah updating us to the latest "operating system" (CMS Version for those in the know) has presented itself with a few challenges, we are working on it today so the site will be out of action for at least the next 24hours.
