Cheers for info Andy.

Just to point out something. The naza lite flight controller can be had for £90, then when you fancy some GPS action just add that on.

Im assuming the Naza lite at 90 quid doesn't have GPS, if that's the case, what will it do that the KK2 wont? Altitude hold for example? Also, how can a lower kv rated motor have higher wattage?

9XR & module ordered from HK/HK. Gonna go for a genuine DGI F450 frame, probably with DJI motors & esc's.

But, 3s or 4s? 8" or 10" props?

My 450 is 3s with 10" props, as are 99% of others I've heard of.
4s and 8" seems to be considered too powerful and close to overstressing the prop RPM limit. Even carbon

Quick update. DJI 450 black frame received, along with 9x5 Graupner props. I bottled it & ordered a Naza Lite, mainly for its safety features. Sunny Sky 1400kv motors haven't arrived yet & neither has the Afro esc's. Still need to order lipos, wire & connectors. What to go for?
