Default Roger Wood Memorial meeting Parking information

Please note that in order to try and control the pitting area and preventing people getting blocked in.
There will be parking attendents in place, myself and Mark Broadbent.
The idea is drive in the pitting area, unload and then park your car in the large main car park where there is ample space.
This way it will help with anyone who needs to get away in an emergency,
Your help in this matter is very much appreciated.
Lets all enjoy our day without any issues.

Thanks
Dave

Default Pitching spaces

Maddy and Mark will also be on hand to signpost you to the appropriate grassed areas where tents, gazebos etc can be pitched.

Please don't just pitch up, without first asking if unsure.

The grassed area directly opposite the rostrum will be available as well as the large grassed area between our car park and the gymnasium.

NO cars are permitted to drive on ANY grassed areas and no pitching on what are clearly marked football pitches.

Your support in this matter will be very much appreciated.

Darren
